INNOVATIVE CADET'S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ICPDP)

We firmly believe that a person with a strong character can only become successful in life. Therefore, we have made Character Building Program a mandatory part of cadets training. This program effectively focuses on the development of cadet's personality traits by giving focused attention in following aspects:

• To educate, focus and practice six pillars of character i.e. Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Care and Good citizenship.
• To develop and enhance communication skills, teamwork, self-confidence and self-esteem.
• To develop a sense of patriotic commitment to contribute towards national development.
• To educate cadets about core ethical values.
